"We have booked 4 rooms in this facility for REI Expo visit to greater noida. Below is our detailed review 1. Facilities: They shown photos of neat clean facility however provided really bad place to stay as they run 2 facilities under one name and there is no differentiation in the name so that they can bluff/ cheat the customers. In 2 rooms AC’s were not working when informed staff they just Ignored it…at night there was continuous power cuts but it seems the staff and management didn’t bother to keep DG/ inverter so when asked they were kept on saying power cut is not in their control 2. Cleanliness: Rooms were in really bad condition the blankets and pillows were smelling very bad even rats were there in two rooms given on ground floor when asked the staff they simply ignored us. 3. Impact: We have requested them 3-4 times to at least give one room for our MD sir and his friend in their better facility however they shamelessly ignored the same. 4. Action Taken: After all this when there was no clarity on when the power be back we and other guests in the facility have decided to vacate the hotel and asked them to either get the power back up or we will leave the facilities…this all started at night 9:30PM…they just kept on repeating the same thing please wait for 10 mins…after waiting till night 12AM. We demanded our advance back which they dragged till 3AM in between they called few boys to put pressure on us later when everyone wanted refund so finally they refunded and we left in the morning. Again their staff started calling and abusing from different mobile numbers…and kept on threatening informed the same to the Anil Verma the facility owner of the facility he also started speaking as if they were giving best service and we demanded the refund…they are gundas anybody having energy to fight for every small issues after paying advance only those guys can stay here."

"Dwelling homestay Nice plac to stay. Service and food was top notch. Staff was courteous. I stayed with my family for one day and overall it was a very good experience. There isn't much to write here. We were very safe n comfortable."
